Sealed proposals will be received at the Village Clerk office in Rittman Ohio until 12 o clock at midnight June 25 1918 for the deposit of public funds in banks within Wayne County Ohio. Proposals must state interest rate and apply to funds from July 1 1913 to June 30 1920.
