Miriam Clippinger Earns Cum Laude OSU BA in Political Science
Miss Miriam E. Clippinger daughter of Mr and Mrs G H Clippinger of 91 S Main St received a Bachelor of Arts Cum Laude with Distinction in Political Science at Ohio State University's commencement in Columbus last Friday June 8. She completed her degree in two and one half years via an accelerated program and earned Distinction in her major through a year of research.

A student completed a special problem in foreign policy and passed a two hour final examination before the examining board. She attained a perfect attendance record and earned Phi Beta Kappa Phi Alpha Theta Scholaris and other honors. Her activities include pianist at Presbyterian Westminster Foundation treasurer of the International Relations Club and several language and philosophy clubs.
