Push for Full Rebuilding of Highway 94 in Ohio
The Rittman Chamber of Commerce urged the state highway department to fully rebuild Route 94 this year including S Main St, not a temporary fix. They asked Division Engineer Tompsic to survey tar and crushed stone surface treatment, amid resident and business objections. An extra $30 million in highway funds was noted, potentially enabling reallocations for Route 94.

Russell Rallie Craig 55 died of a heart attack at his home 44 Salt Street Monday. Funeral services were held Wednesday at Gillman Funeral Home with interment in Rittman cemetery. He worked nearly 16 years in the theaters department at Ohio Boxboard. Survived by two sisters Mrs Gault Aurand 21 Bellvue Street and Mrs Ethel Conkle of Marshallville and two brothers Harold and Leroy 44 Salt Street.

Daily Bible School Begins in Rittman Main Street Building
