Telegram from Frank T. Bow reports both House and Senate Public Works committees approved the Rittman leased purchase post office project. The plan calls for bidders to build on government owned land west of the Baptist Church and lease to the government for two years before title transfers to the Post Office Department. Hall wins two heats at Derby near Apple Creek
