The Rittman Board of Education held an organizational meeting on January 1 electing Frank Hisem as president and Robert Bodager as vice president. The board set compensation at 2000 per member per regular meeting, with up to twelve meetings yearly, and kept meeting dates. Special Council Meeting Approves Year End Ordinances
