Ordinance 699 amends section of Ordinance 252 to regulate tapping the public sewers of Rittman Ohio. A $2.00 charge is set for each tap and connection, to be supervised by a competent sewer inspector under Public Affairs. Funds go to the sewer fund to cover running expenses and disposal plant costs.
Resolution No 694 authorizes the Village of Rittman trustees to take charge of the sewerage system and sewage pumping treatment and disposal plant. They shall hire a manager and assistants and operate in line with Ohio laws 38911 to 38913. Passed December 7 1925.
