Congress last week reconvened and McSweeney was again named to the Agriculture Committee, defending constituent interests. R Loomis underwent an operation at the Cleveland Clinic Hospital performed by Drs Dickson and Waugh for injuries to the left arm sustained about a year ago. Mrs Loomis and Mr Loomis of Medina attended. she remained in Cleveland until Wednesday awaiting a full report.

Choir from Seville Baptist aids Presbyterian Church service
Last Sunday evening the Presbyterian church held a song service with the choir from the Baptist church of Seville. They presented anthems and solos with many Seville residents accompanying the visiting choir. The Presbyterian men’s bar provided sandwiches and coffee at the end of the service.

No Money for County Road Plans Promised
