Judges Hear Three Drunken Driving Cases in Milton
In a Tuesday session of the Justice of the Peace court, Milton Hughes Jr and Donald Molson of Akron were fined 160 dollars plus costs and each received a 10 day license suspension for driving while intoxicated. Albert Ady of Wadsworth got a similar fine but 30 days in jail, Oscar Hupp of Gervine paid 10 dollars and costs, and Scott of Hickin Avenue also faced intoxication charges. John Baldwin presided.

Born in Kentucky he lived here several years and is survived by his wife Ida Tolson two sons Roger of Kentucky and Weddie of Rittman three daughters Mary Patterson Geneva Patterson and Snowie Patterson two brothers John of Blackey Kentucky James of Mt. Sterling Kentucky two sisters Caroline Fisher and Nannie Caudill five grandchildren and one great grandchild. He was a member of the Church of God in Lee City Kentucky. Services 2 p m Friday at Fredrick Funeral Home with Rev. Virgil Snyder officiating interment in Rittman Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday evening or Friday.

Man Injured In Route 94 Crash Involving Three Cars
One man suffered face and chest injuries when Paul Eberly Creston crashed into the rear of Paul Wheeler Rittman RD pushing Wheeler into Eugene McCrobie also of Rittman RD on Route 94 near the cheese factory. Wheeler was not listed as injured. McCrobie remained in his car. The incident prompted hospital observation for Eberly at Parkview in Cleveland.
