Burglars Hit Second Tavern on Route 94

The campaign against reckless driving shows progress as offenders appear in court. Ellis Rapp of Cleveland was arrested for driving while intoxicated and fined 105 dollars plus three days in jail. Missing Woman Returns Home After Abduction Investigation
