Funeral Rites Held Today For Mrs Jeannette Bair 68
Funeral services for Mrs Jeannette Amstutz Bair 68 of Sterling were conducted at 2 p m at the Evangelical United Brethren church with Rev S W Ellis officiating. Burial followed in Mound Hill cemetery at Seville, with Gillman Funeral Home handling arrangements. She had lived in Sterling and vicinity all her life and was ill for the past year and a half. She is survived by her father J B Amstutz of Sterling. Her husband Jay Bair preceded her in death three years ago.

Mayor fines 120 for three charges in city hearing
Charles Sigler faced three counts Tuesday evening with Mayor M. R. Ritter handling the case. He paid 100 dollars and costs for the first charge and 10 dollars for each of the other counts.
