Last Friday afternoon a prettily appointed luncheon was given at the Akron auto men’s club by Mesdames Ebert John Wenger squibbs and Gebhart. After luncheon ten bridge tables were set up in the reception room with mixed flowers and place cards. High honors went to Mesdames Parkingon Young Shong and Foerst Saer who received gifts of Chinese? Two Bums. Cleveland witnessed a big league baseball game as Hiney Walker and Johnnie Kurtz were guests, the bums driving there and back in about two and a half hours. Walker pulled the one-eyed Conly stunt and earned the gata.
