Irene Pose a 19 year old girl from 259 State Street was badly injured when struck by a Denton Company truck driven by J O Parsons at Dauphin and Royal. Traffic officer William Ellsworth said amber lights caused the collision as Parsons moved south while Pose crossed east west just before the green signal. Pose was taken home for medical attention and Parsons was charged with reckless driving and released on bond to appear in recorder's court.
