The owner and president report mills running full time with a flood of orders and satisfactory profits. Captain Wainwright led over five hundred people at Stonewall, Mississippi.
Rev. Father T. J. Eaton of St. Marys Catholic church will deliver the baccalaureate sermon for Spring Hill College graduates. The Pentecost influenced service includes a pontifical mass as the class in cap and gown processes to the chapel. Monday will announce successful candidates with John R. Frankie Betancourt, nine, was run down by a taxi cab driver, Henry Unrath, near Palmetto on June 1 at 7 30 am. The boy suffered internal injuries and tetanus has set in with death feared. Unrath was arrested and held. bail set to be determined.

Large dry dock interests on the Atlantic and Pacific coasts will merge to form the Todd Ship Yards Corporation, to be incorporated in New York. The new organization will acquire properties of Seattle Construction and Dock Company Robing and Repair Company Brooklyn and Tietjen Lang Dry Dock Company Hoboken N Y through stock ownership or direct purchase.
