The Fisher King review overstuffed with plot and flaws
The Fisher King stars Jeff Bridges and Robin Williams but the film sprawls with too much plot and sentiment. A jumbled mixture of redemption and fantasy, it punctuates its flaws with bright moments from Mercedes Ruehl and Amanda Plummer while Terry Gillian’s grand vision struggles to hold.
