Instructional Media Center expands services at LC
The LC Instructional Media Center grows rapidly under director Alan Swenson. The center provides graphics and lamination, linescribe printing, slide program prep, and a range of video services. Sandra Fonteno leads graphic work with the Comset 504, while Scott Townsend handles troubleshooting and minor repairs. The center stores two video disc machines and plans more equipment as budget allows, phasing out VHS to broaden program options. It supports classroom lectures, board meetings, and special events like LC's 50 year celebration with a multiscreen presentation.
