The Gray daughters Ola and Eva stayed and will join the family at the Gray ranch for the summer. A heavy rain on Black River Sun Bay was reported by B M Kearney who is fishing there. It also rained at Queen and a shower fell a short distance west of town.
Roman Ohnemus received a call from John Woerner Monday saying I Ed did not need an operation of any kind and they would leave the hospital at Rochester Minnesota Monday to home. This is good news for the host of friends.
Mrs R M Thorne entertained eighteen ladies at her home last Friday honoring Mrs A A Davis. Refreshments were served on the lawn and a good time enjoyed with Mr Davie by her old friends.
R L Judking arrived from his ranch yesterday and left in the evening with Sam Finn who came up Saturday. Frank Rows came this afternoon for a business visit and plans to stay another month. Mr and Mrs Worley and the sister Filtson from the Otis section are in town today to shop.
