Eddie Strader of the Collier Comedy Company visits Diller to promote Anlee Stock Company tickets for a weekly Wednesday show at the Diller opera house starting Oct 4. The program features vaudeville, singing, dancing, comedy, a big stage band, and the opening play Stepping Mammas.

Dorcas Class Entertains At Sept 22 Meeting

Dorcas class committee led by Mrs. Keith Hays hosted thirty five ladies and children in the church parlor. Fall flowers adorned the room as a Bible study contest crowned Mrs. Cavett the prize winner and Mrs. Best won a memory game. A relay race featured Miss Lucile Hanson and helpers the fleetest on foot.
