Divorce suit filed by Emma Hayes against Stark Hayes
Mrs Emma Hayes of this city filed for absolute divorce from Stark Hayes in district court citing desertion lack of support and cruelty she seeks temporary alimony. He recently returned from Washington state where he had lived with a son. The couple once farmed near Diller Neb and Mrs Hayes has been ill. A later town report says the proceedings may be settled amicably and the complaint withdrawn.
