The Diller farm event north of Steele City drew a crowd as wet green corn made husking difficult. Top score under 20 bushels here, while Gage County saw 34 plus bushels. Diller Public School presents one act play a great success

Diller Public School concluded a lively junior play about the Ross family moving into a new home. The production featured a dozen student actors, was well received by a full audience, and earned praise for casting and pacing. Teachers attended the Teacher's Convention, and plans emerged for the upcoming one act contest at Daykin.
