A Good Show at the opera house last Saturday evening drew a nearly full crowd. Dialogue by girls, tap dancing by a Fairbury lad, Diago by Marysville youths, solos and readings filled the program. A dance at the town hall with five cent admission is planned for Saturday May 28 with no opera program that night.

Serious Fall Injures Carl Sandman on Railroad Bridge
Carl Sandman was seriously injured last week when he fell fifty feet from a railroad bridge while working. The fall was broken by a tree, causing a broken pelvis and a broken left arm among other injuries. He is reported to be improving at the Denver & Rio Grande W. A. R. hospital, with Mrs Sandman at his side.

Sandman Family Update From Odell General Hospital
Clinton Sandman oldest son of Mr and Mrs Carl Sandman and grandson of Mr and Mrs W A Snyder underwent an appendix operation at Odell General Hospital. He had been working in the northern part of the state and was brought to Odell when ill. Clinton is progressing as well as could be expected. His father is hospitalized in Colorado with injuries from a 50 foot fall from a railroad bridge.
