Juvenile Drum Corps to Visit Diller Next Wednesday
The Fairbury Drum and Bugle Corps composed of children of Veterans of Foreign Wars will perform bugle and drum music and exhibition drill in Diller next Wednesday evening. Death of John G. Hilder of Wymore and Diller area
John G. Hilder, longtime Wymore and Diller resident, died Monday at Odell General Hospital at 11 A M of general disability. He was born December 11 1853 in Burwash England and was 83 years 4 months 23 days old. Funeral services were held Thursday at his daughter’s home near Odell and at the Episcopal church in Wymore with the Masonic fraternity in charge at the cemetery burial beside his wife. He leaves nine children and was active in the church lumber business and Masonic and Eastern Star. Burial in Wymore cemetery.
