Fasnacht Eggenberger Nuptials Reported in Fairbury

Announcement yesterday stated the marriage of Miss Helen Fasnacht of Diller to Mr. Eggenberger of Fairbury occurred Tuesday at the Methodist parsonage in Fairbury with Rev. Harry Huntington officiating. Mrs. Eggenberger is the eldest Fasnacht daughter. They will reside in Fairbury. A bridal shower is planned tomorrow at the aunt’s home, Mrs. George Grabher.

County Courthouse Undergoes Exterior Renovation

The county courthouse shows improvements with a new roof fresh paint and exterior repairs. Cracks and mortar joints have been addressed while interior walls flooring still need work and removal of wear. Activists hope the WPA will complete the finishing touches.
