Village of Diller Dogs License Tax and Penalty

Notice from the village board of trustees of Diller Nebraska. All dogs found without a license tag will be shot after April 15 1918. Taxes: male dogs one dollar and female dogs five dollars. Taxes are to be paid at once to the town treasurer by order of the board.

After conferences in Omaha Nebraska farmers through their farm organizations establish the Nebraska Farmers War Council to back the government in the Third Liberty Loan and other activities. Headquarters open at the Federal Reserve Bank of Omaha with letters and service cards to members this week. Nearly all farmers expected to pledge support.
