Obituary: W. S. Cully Dies After Operation in Shattuck
William Sherman Cully, born September 9 1864 in Pella Iowa, died March 1 194? at Shattuck Oklahoma after a major operation. He lived seven miles southeast of Gage before moving to Gage in 1924. Survived by wife Loretta, two daughters Adeline Stewart and Ethel Ladasau, four sons Earl R. and Charles A., 21 grandchildren and six great grandchildren, plus brothers Albert Cully C T Cully Perry Cully. Funeral held Monday at the high school auditorium with interment in the IOOF cemetery.
