J O Blauser made a business trip to the county seat Monday. Mrs C E Morris went Tuesday to Kansas City to visit her daughter Mrs Steele. Mrs H Z Diller and daughters Gertrude and Pearl went Tuesday to visit her mother at Nevada MO. We have a few two row Dempster cultivators which were carried over that we will sell at half price. Also a few good second hand buggies at a bargain. Cal Waggoner returned Saturday from Columbus Neb where he attended the state shooting tournament and was high man out of 135 in one hundred clay pigeons, Cal breaking ninety eight of them. He only broke ninety two out of the second hundred.
