Diller State Bank Amends Articles of Incorporation
Notice of amendment by stockholders at a January 4 1938 meeting in Diller Nebraska. Amended articles rename the bank to Diller State Bank with principal business in Diller. Capital stock set at 20000 and paid in 15000, with debentures of 35000 issued. Bank commenced 1904 and to terminate 1985. Board of directors three to fifteen, plus president vice president and cashier. Indebtedness limitation repealed. Dated Diller January 24 1938.
