Diller Nebraska Village Ordinance Surfaces at Auction Sale
The notice records that on the date in August 1949 the Diller village trustees passed Ordinance No 114 directing the sale of Lot 9 Block 6 in the original town to School District No 0 for 250 dollars with lease terms on the premises used as a public library. A remonstrance by eligible electors equal to 30 percent of last election voters must be filed within 30 days. The sale is restricted for one year if remonstrance is filed.
