Car Crash N Arrow City Leaves Two Hurt
Lynn Cully and Donald Hutchinson were slightly injured Tuesday evening when their car left the road while passing another vehicle on the flat just north of town. The car slid into soft dirt and turned over. The boys expect to be all right once scratches and cuts heal.

Funeral services for Mrs Agnes Freeman held in Beatrice
Funeral services for Mrs Agnes Freeman widow of Daniel Freeman the first homesteader were held Sunday afternoon from the First Christian church in Beatrice. The body was buried beside her husband on the Freeman homestead four miles west of Beatrice. She is survived by several children including Sam Freemen of near Ellis.
