Mrs. Dwight Bowers of Orrville hosted the Smiling 8 500 club on Wednesday May 26 with honors going to Mrs. Raymond Fullmer of Orrville and Mrs. Donald Patt of East Greenville Refreshments were served on the card tables Mrs Patt will host again on June 23 Loyalty Council No 89 D A will meet June 8 with a covered dish supper for April May and June birthdays A large turnout is urged for the meeting Tuscarawas township trustees met May 27 approving bills of 3000 for projects Next meeting is June 10 Persons noted include Mrs Ada Snyder of Massillon Mr and Mrs John Deshorn of Las Vegas and Mr and Mrs Joe Keller of Akron Local concert band event and Atwood Lake Park visits are also mentioned.
