County court to use inmates for mental health survey project

Clermont County Mental Health Board will conduct a telephone survey of residents 18 and older to assess mental health needs as part of a community service program. Twelve to twenty participants will be selected. training is set for Oct 2 and calls run weekday evenings from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m. The work release plan may reuse jail staff to cut costs.
