Clermont to study centralizing county computer system

Woman found hanged in Clermont County Jail cell
Sharon Ossege, 29, was found hanged in her jail cell at Clermont County Jail in Union Township at 10 p.m. Saturday. Sheriff’s investigators said routine checks at 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. detected the body. coroner Nick Capurro ruled death at the scene. Ossege, held on public intoxication charges since Sept. 16, was eligible for bond.
