Tax officials reject Penn Central over Clermont back taxes
Clermont County Treasurer Bud Hines announced the partial payment was returned as no partial payments are allowed. Penn Central owes Clermont County nearly 80 000 dollars on property in Miami Township and Loveland. Loveland School Board and local tax authorities refused a tax settlement.
