Lyle Brewer aged 34 entered a not guilty plea to first degree manslaughter in Clermont County Court. He waived preliminary exam and was bound to the grand jury under 9000 dollars bond after shooting neighbor Edward Kaminski 34 with a shotgun following a reported shadow at a bathroom window.
