Liebermann Held On Bond In Fatal Shot Death
Gus Liebermann a 17 year old boy faced a Juvenile Court hearing in Batavia on a charge of killing his father with a shotgun on August 18. Judge Young presided with Prosecutor Britton for the State and N G Cover for the defense. After witnesses the charge was reduced to second degree murder and he was released on 3000 dollar bond awaiting a special grand jury next week.
