In Hillsboro locals report sufficient rainfall since March with none of the recent restrictions. The East Fork near Lynchburg received a four foot rise, flushing the creek and restoring a strong water flow.

Ohio reports 1 670 980 registrations in the first six months of 1980, about 93 percent of the 1929 total.
