Arden Pummell of Twightwee Loveland is bound over to the Clermont County Grand Jury on charges of breaking and entering the Loveland Gas and Electric Company Building. He was held on a $1,000 bond within hours after being seen trying to enter the building by Carl Fritz a company employee. Leroy Theve notified Harry Brown who alerted Police Chief John Fritz. Pummell leapt into Brown’s arms but was captured nearby in bushes.
