Jury Sets Mark With Indictments
Cler mont County grand jury returned 28 indictments and dismissed six cases. Indicted were James Gomer and Tyler Williams from Cincinnati for assault with intent to kill after attacking William Baumann on his Milford area farm. Also charged were six Cincinnati youths in a Locust Corner robbery attempt and several others for assault and related offenses. A 17-year-old remains in juvenile custody. Cases dismissed included Freda Edwards and John Hicks among others.

Withamsville Tabasco school opens with five new teachers for a half day Tuesday and full day Wednesday. The New Richmond school opens Tuesday at 9 am with buses operating last year routes. A new bus arrives Oct 1 and serves Gee Hill and Bethel-New Richmond Road. Dismissal times are set by grades and fourth graders meet in the Presbyterian Church due to overcrowding.

Felicity O Buses will run the same timetable as in prior years at Felicity Franklin schools. Students should be ready early on the first day to help establish the new time schedule.
