Borg-Warner unveils water-saving toilet prototype

The Borg-Warner Corporation Plumbing Products division introduces a toilet that uses 3.5 gallons per flush, saving 2 to 30 percent water and about 22 gallons daily per average home. President James T. Sledge says the unit could cut annual household water by around 7,300 gallons and will enter mass production next spring.
