Amelia village seeks transfer of light fund to general fund
In Clermont County Common Pleas Court the village of Amelia petitions to move 1000 from its electric light fund to the general fund. The village reports an unencumbered light fund balance of 4356 dollars and says it profits from buying electricity from Cincinnati Gas & Electric Co for distribution to residents. Attorney James W. Walker filed the suit.

Batavia Realty Sold to Company by County Auction
Clermont County commissioners approved the sale of the old creamery on Victoria Street to George W. Schaeffer and Raymond Halbersen of Cincinnati for 3750. Coal Dealers Get 80 Percent Supply After Rule Change
Wayne P Ellis, regional fuel distributor, reports to the Clermont County Solid Fuels Administration for War Committee that SFAW Regulation 26 is rescinded as of September 21 1945.
