Clermont OPA Finds 2 Farmers Overcharging

Clermont War Price and Rationing Board reports two Batavia area farmers settled overcharge cases. One paid 31.31 for overceiling farm implements, the other 665.64 for alfalfa overcharges. The board cited additional state enforcements across Cincinnati Cleveland Columbus and Detroit. A Gallup poll indicates 77 percent favor price control. Miss Betty Brunner resigns from Batavia office to join County Recorder Edgar Mosbacker.
