O Bannon Creek sewer system dedication marks milestone
Clermont County officials and engineers honor 11 years of planning and legal battles to complete the O Bannon Creek sewer project. The 1.2 million gallon daily system serves 3600 homes in Goshen and eastern Miami townships, replacing failing septic systems and small plants.
