In 1980-81 delinquency charges filed against 1100 youths. now about 900 annually with 20 to 30 percent felonies. Fewer youths in the 10-18 at-risk range. 1981 1100 aggravated juvenile burglaries, 1982 fell to 55. County to receive last of grant funds for sewers
