Two Cars Involved In Highway Mishap On Route 131

Indoor Circus Planned by Batavia Athletic Association
Batavia Ohio hosts an indoor circus at Batavia School Auditorium on Wednesday evening October 12 1949. Prominent Retired Farmer Dies by His Own Hand
William Fee 64 a Felicity Franklin Township farmer died by hanging last Monday at his home on State Route 133 outside Felicity. Found by his wife Clare he had been in ill health for months. Survived by a brother Thur a real estate man active in the Democratic party and his wife. Fee bred and raced horses at Ohio and Kentucky tracks and was a descendant of the founders of Felicity and Moscow. Gwaltney funeral home handled arrangements.

Auditors Refund $589.50 To Cecelia Hera On Tax Sale Lot
The Clermont County Auditor refunded $589.50 to Cecelia Hera of New Richmond for Lot 13B sold at a February 1945 tax sale. The lot included an improvement house mistakenly on the appraisal books.
