Burglars Enter Amelia Department Store On Weekend
Burglars broke into Amelia retail shop owned by Roy Hutson Saturday night through a rear window and stole boxes of ladies hose, work shirts, shoes, overalls, underwear and notions. Sheriff Auxier and Deputy Perry investigated with fingerprints but no clues or developments. The owner had been ill.

Burglary at A. C. Nash Drug Store Reported
Thieves entered the A. C. Nash drug store through the cellar last Wednesday night and took money cigarettes and a radio. It is the second break in this year. A sheet iron door was dismantled. Deputy Sheriff Frank Perry of New Richmond fingerprinted the scene and photographed three suspects, one wearing rubber heels. Sheriff Auxier leads the investigation.
