Clermont County mortgage filings fall behind 1963 by 467 deeds totaling $4,648,864 for the year to date. Through October 1964 2401 mortgages were filed versus 2868 in 1963, with total values of $31,036,214 compared with $35,675,098. Total 1963 mortgages were 3349 valued at $41,781,985. Only June and September showed upticks. October saw the sharpest drop, with 100 fewer filings than October 1963.

Kiwanis Presents Key Club Charter in New Richmond
The Kiwanis club of New Richmond formalized the charter of the newly organized Key Club on Tuesday evening November 10. The youth group, affiliated with Kiwanis and active at the Dodge Theater, was organized this summer under Kiwanis president Joe Middeler.
