Back Pay Sought In Mandamus Suit
Harry E Milligan former superintendent of Milford Village schools seeks 635.25 in back pay from the Milford School Board and its president Sam Bateman and Clerk treasurer John E Collins Jr. The petition says he was hired in 1931 for two years at 3300 yearly, had a 5 percent cut in 1938, was rehired in 1933 for three years at 8150 or 5 percent under 3300, but was paid on 3150 after reduction. The suit asks the board and officials to issue the warrant. December 7 1936 is set as answer day.

Clermont County commissioners tentatively approve a road repair program to improve 42 roads at an estimated total cost of 21 900 dollars.
