Melvin J. Duncan, 28, arrested in Batavia raid with a 15-year-old youth and two Batavia girls. Duncan faces charges including possession of LSD and marijuana and providing hallucinogens, plus delinquency. Juveniles face unruly and marijuana charges. several items including a stolen credit card and birth certificates were found. Duncan to appear in Batavia court today and Juvenile Court on November 17. investigation involved Judge Chris Erhardt and assistant prosecutor Mel Reifin.
