Williamsburg alumni held their annual May reception at the K of P hall to honor the graduating class. The Methodist Sunday-school orchestra, led by Dr. J. P. Allen, provided music while Inez McNutt at thirteen displayed skillful accompaniment. Audrey Williams read selections, Franz presented his class of 15, and a toast to the Dear Old High School followed. Mr. Ireton was remembered with a tribute by Mrs. Lilian Dailey read by Mrs. Ethel Allen. Robert Taylor led the formalities as Harold Moyer welcomed guests and Partha Chatterton was praised for organizing the event. The gathering strengthened school spirit and optimism for a larger, more efficient high school.
