VFW Post 3954 members hosted a Birthday celebration for the Auxiliary with clippings listing Bernice Myers Katherine Iain Irwin Kain Junior Sammons Earl Myers and Kenneth Sullivan serving and chatting. The Women's Republican Club and Clermont County Republican Club held a potluck with political speeches while R E Scales brought home a cigar box full of new GOP member fifty cent pieces. Car Bound Over for DUI After Wreck Near Newtonsville
Randolph Digges of Chillicothe Ohio is bound over to the Clermont County grand jury on charges of driving while intoxicated and reckless driving. Deputy Sheriff Marvin Bissantz arrested him Tuesday evening after his car left State Route 131 near Newtonsville traveled 600 feet breaking a light pole. He posted a $600 bond after a Wednesday hearing before Justice John McKeever of Williamsburg.
