Silva and Simmons Celebrate 25th Wedding Anniversary

Dr and Mrs Charles M Simmons marked their silver anniversary with a family dinner at their Bethel home. Mrs Simmons wore the dress from the ceremony, wore her mother's diamond lavalier replaced by a pendant pin from her husband. An anniversary cake topped with bridal figurines was cut with the silver knife used on their wedding day. Their children sang The Anniversary Waltz as the couple danced and later retraced their wedding itinerary to the Smoky Mountains.
